Takeshi is a boyfriend of Youko, one of Anri's bullies. Takeshi and Youko confront Mikado as he and Anri leave school together. He is about to beat up Mikado for information on Izaya, who had smashed Youko's cell phone the day before, but without warning he is kicked in the face by Celty and subsequently jumped on by Izaya, who jumps on his back until he falls unconscious.
