 Physically speaking, Rokujo doesn't appear to be very strong or incredibly fast. He has reddish brown hair and is usually wearing a suit and fedora by day and a stereotypical tokkofuku bikers outfit at night. The most distinguishing feature about him (at the time he appears) are the bandages across his face and body earned during his attempted attack on [[Shizuo Heiwajima|Shizuo]].
 Personality-wise, Chikage is a ladies man and a chivalrist. No matter what the situation is, he is always kind and generous towards women and will "defend their honor" even if it isn't entirely necessary. He even gets extremely violent if a woman is either harmed or endangered in some way and usually pays the abuser back violently. Chikage is also very determined and stubborn. When he went up against Shizuo, he withstood four whole punches on sheer willpower. Chikage is also unwilling to fight on uneven terms, seeing that kind of behavior as a sign of weakness. If his opponent is only using his fists, then Chikage will respond in kind, and if his oppenent is[[File:Kabutowari.png|thumb|Rokujo's Kabutowari]] using weapons, Chikage usually resorts to using a Kobutowari that he keeps hidden in his shirt. Because of this "fair is fair" attitude, Chikage is willing to accept full responsibility and punishment for any misdeeds the members of his gang commit even if it wasn't on his orders such as the incident with the bounty on [[Celty]]'s head.

 Shizuo is confronted by several members of the Awakusu over the deaths of their colleagues but, instead of fighting them, he runs away by climbing up the side of a building, displaying excellent skill at Parkour accumulated over years of chasing after Izaya. After Shizuo loses the Awakusu, he receives several messages from the Dollars website. He skims through them while thinking about how to clear his name when he sees several posts about Kyohei and Chikage fighting near Raira Academy. He also remembered that Mikado was part of the dollars and tells him that he is quitting as of today. Shizuo runs along the side of the building until he catches up with Vorona and Slon and jumps, bashing through the roof of the truck and landing between Akane and Vorona. Vorona, with regret, attempts to shoot Shizuo in the head but is stopped by Celty. A sudden jerk by Slon causes a crate full of combat knives to fall and Shizuo shields Akane with his body.
