Chapter 4: A Regular Day in Town, Noon (街の日常 昼)
Mikado and Masaomi start high school at Raira Academy. A girl in Mikado's class, Mika Harima, is absent. After school, Masaomi shows Mikado another part of town, and they meet Masaomi's acquaintances Walker and Erika outside a manga store. Simon Brezhnev tries to solicit them to eat sushi in his restaurant, and the pair runs into Izaya Orihara, who appears interested in meeting Mikado. Mikado continues to marvel at the size and mystery of the city.
