Synopsis[]
Yoshimune Miyoshi returns to Ikebukuro. While exploring town with his classmates Mikado, Masaomi, and Anri, he hears rumors about color gangs and a Headless Rider. Chasing after these rumors, he becomes dragged into a conspiracy involving the whole of Ikebukuro.
